Clarity Couture
Welcome Starseeds.
In a world of fog, clarity is couture.
As my life changed with the awareness of being autistic, so too did the direction of this podcast. What began as a space for storytelling and spiritual growth now shifts into radical honesty about my experiences being neurodivergent in a neurotypical-run world.
This podcast explores what it means to heal, think differently, and navigate life authentically — especially when the path isn’t paved for people like us.
Hosted by Lyndsey, each episode dives into the raw, the real, and the uncomfortable. We talk about the topics people avoid — because true healing requires more than light. It requires depth, discomfort, and a willingness to sit in the truth long enough to alchemize it.
This is for those who feel too much, think too deeply, and are done performing for a world that never made space for them.

How to human
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Humaning is wild.
You just wake up and have a trillion choices to choose from with each moment you are gifted another breath of life.
It
Is
Wild.
What's even more wild is the ability to control the moments we experience in those very choices. No matter how small they may seem.
In this episode i dive into my own subconscious conditioning about sex. The detriments to NOT clearing out old conditionings, even if they may have kept us safe at an earlier point in life.. I discuss the importance of both being celibate but also allowing yourself to connect to another.
We are not here to live by a set of rules.
No matter what the outer circumstance may claim.
If we are not aligned to the right conditionings we risk being pulled to a lower version of self based out of pure comfort.
Loving on you hard!
Lyndsey
